Erica listened to our wanted items in a house and gave us information about areas that we might want to explore and tour to see what types of homes were available. She kept us updated on listings that fit the description we gave her and she would go to the homes to see them and to video them for us since we lived out of state. She set us up with an inspector, who we really liked, and made arrangements for us to see homes on our timeline. We felt that she was working with us and for us. She called othe other real estate agents to work things out and to keep everyone on their toes.
